Recently, I was returning items and was sent to ups, only to find out some of the items also needed to go to the post office— but I only had one box and it was in pretty bad shape at that. The amazing staff here helped me tape my box and ship the item that needed to go via ups. They even gave me a spare box that just showed up and help me tape it so that I would have a hassle at the post office. I was so grateful.
This place has the BEST customer service! If you can go to any location, Henry st. Is the place to go! Thank you again, ladies!!! 😊

The staff at UPS Store #3469 are all consummate professionals. Each time I request printing or mailing service I received the highest level of decorum and customer service possible. The staff's assistance, no matter how challenging a request I may have, is presented in an efficient and polite manner. The turn around time in receiving my requests have always been expedited with minimal need to follow up due to an oversight or miscommunication. Thank You UPS Store Staff #3469 for all your excellent work and outstanding customer service!

Brian and his team are AMAZING. So much attention to detail, everything was meticulously packed and shipped. NOTHING was broken. I don't know of a more thorough, kind, and thoughtful shipping store (and people!), I really don't! I HIGHLY recommend them.

I don’t see why they give the option online to hold the package to pick it up at the office, if you cannot do such. Maybe take that option away, before someone sues for false advertising? Because I’d love that settlement.
