Very friendly store. Nice staff. Ease-of-use. I had a favorite store in Indiana where I recently moved from. I’ve been a customer for years, both professionally and personally. Didn’t think I’d find a store that I liked quite as well, but this store is a great stand-in for what I left.

I definitely recommend getting your printing done here. I got my wedding invites done here and they went above and beyond making sure they were even better than I was expecting. They are also the most budget friendly option I could find. I now recommend them to anyone else I know for their printing needs!

We drove to this store from Whitehall to return an Amazon package. We had the label already printed, but their scanner couldn't read it. They wanted $3 to print out a single, small return label. I understand a nominal fee to offset the cost of printing, but $3 to print a single small label is price gouging!

This is a vent about UPS as a whole - I hate how they hold packages hostage if you're not at home. And you have to pay more money for them to leave it at your door. I missed the driver by 2 minutes, and now have to drive 20 minutes to get my package that I paid for. It doesn't make sense. It should be an option to have them leave it at your door FOR FREE like any other mail service. Then when you go get your package, sometimes they don't know when your package will arrive because it's on vacation in the delivery truck, and they don't know where it is or when it will be back. It's REALLY frustrating. I'm giving 5 stars because it's not a reflection on this location, as they don't set the rules, but I just want to be heard by someone.
