I love this location, I've never had a bad experience with this team at the store.
Today, I was trying to return a router that came with poor return instructions from the provider. It was an odd return, and the first person helping me was still learning and didn't know what to do. The manager/team lead swooped in immediately, knew the solution, and did extra to make me feel completely taken care of.
Just one example of the many positive experiences I've had here.

Upon walking into The UPS Store in Muskegon, I was immediately impressed by the amazing staff. Despite the store appearing busy and expecting a long wait, the number of staff members and their friendliness and assistance made the experience incredibly quick and efficient. Their excellent service and positive attitude truly made a difference. Highly recommend!

Sent package to the wrong address and charged me for it and would not reimburse me. Manager lied and was rude and wasn't helpful at all. From now on I will be going to a different UPS store or the post office.

I rented a mailbox from this store and have had nothing but issues ever since. Always something wrong with picking up any package. Either it's completely missing, lost in the store or the system says I have more packages than I was expecting that's really not there.
