People expect to get their mail in the snap of their fingers and never deal with a line or an unenthused employee. USPS is a service we take for granted and blame for not being Amazon. There will be understaffed days and mistakes with deliveries because we live in the real world, but they do what they can and most try their best

Had a package that apparently needed a signature, attempted delivery and didn't leave it, I was at work and nobody to receive or sign so I figured I'd just call and instruct them to leave it, called and called and no answer. Rings and rings and nothing.

When are they gonna discuss defunding the post office between late deliveries of mail thank goodness there is no mail in ballots because im sire muskegon would be a big pocket for gerrymandering . This post office sucks the supervisor can give a crap less about your mail . He will claim that he discussed stuff with the carrier and then the carrier will return your mail that shows up on informed delivery and send it back to where it came from when they were delivering your mail fine until you got a name change and change of address for both names . I haven't been able to get registration papers for school for my kid , they have lost a check I needed and I have to wait 2 extra weeks for and its probably not gonna get delivered because nothing thats been showing up on my informed delivery has been delivered thats been important. I get everything except my mail addressed to me but the supervisor thinks its fine . Thank you for making life just a little more miserable for peoe who have no choice but to rely on the nations postal workers sms....

Definitely not the kindest over there, nor attention to detail. Each time I’ve been there it’s been a downright rude experience. Get rid of this vibe and hire people who enjoy interacting with the community. 👎🏼

This was the most horrible experience in a post office I have ever had. If I could give a zero I would. What ever happened to customer service! Im pretty sure in this location it was never taught.

I consistently get late arrivals for my packages when it comes from eBay. It moves slowly and gets stuck through the network.
Then it arrives at this Muskegon location and for some reason it seems to sit there for a day or two.
I doubt it is the fault of a single employee but rather the entire network but individual sellers on eBay are suffering because of USPS.

This is the longest I have waited at the USPS in a long time. There were 3 of us in line but the lady was so unprofessional and unreliable it took forever. Every time she leaves the counter to do something, you can hear her chatting it up with the coworkers. She comes back like, what was the name again? Excuse me but is this your first day or do you not write things down to search in the back? Especially since you can't make it back there without five conversations.
Play that was basically one of the longest and most pleasant

Supposed to be open until 6 PM on weekdays. Regularly closed by 4:30pm. Staff will hurry up and leave when you start looking or asking questions. A disgrace to the postal service
