The person working tried to over charge me by $4. Considering how high it is to ship packages as is DON'T ship from here. Go somewhere where they know what they are doing. Always seems to be a problem with this "post office".

This is a real Post Office. It is located inside the store at the back. Very friendly and gives me the small town feel I have missed since moving to Muskegon.

That was the worst phone customer service I think I have ever had! I have a problem with 10 of my resident's mail being exposed due to a door to the mailbox not closing. I have been on hold on the post office 800 line for the past hour. In hopes of reaching someone to get maintenance, I reached out. The lady working there was inconsiderate, not wanting to be bothered and told me before she hung up on me that, "I was wasting my time with her". I tried to call back and of course she did not answer. What a way to dedicate to help and be customer friendly. I have been in the customer service field for over 30 years, I would not and will not utilize this location due to her lack of customer service skills.

The window was closed on the inside before they were supposed to close they still had 15 mins before closing wasnt happy wanted to make sure my item got shipped that day not sure if it will now.
