I'd give zero if I could...for 2 weeks I addressed them an afternoon delivery and that the tank was low and mornings were unacceptable due to my work schedule. I go to arrange a delivery and they have to get with a scheduler thus was at 830 am a guy shows up at 839 after I addressed it was not acceptable time to drop off. Days following I try to arrange again for a drop off and told that 3pm wasn't able to be done. I hung up. I call back the next day and fuss and now all the sudden I'm given an option to pick a good time for delivery, I asked are you sure of what you're asking because last time I asked for 3pm and this is how we've gotten here and she reassures that 3pm would be fine. I address again the schedule time because of me working 3rds I'd be asleep in the morning. She asks if the driver can call to check on earlier time I stated NO, I'll be sleeping, I'm not available until 3pm. That's final.. low and behold at 11am I get multiple calls about a 3pm drop off waken up out of sleep. It doesn't stop there. I call back to the office multiple times wondering how in the world it could have gotten miscommunication and she was rude became a bickering match and transferred me to a vm box I call back same lady same fuss. Nothing done to fix the situation or get the propane delivered adequately. Then I come home from work the next day and the tanknis gone and I've had to fine prompt new propane provider... Worst in the propane service. It's cheap hoping you'll stay through the terrible deliveries and horrible customer service.

Whoever writes the code for interaction the pumps should be fired. It’s one of the worst human interaction experiences and seems written by somebody who isn’t standing in the rain or freezing in the snow. It’s only compounded by the slow processing power.

I would give no stars if I could! They could care less about helping or retaining customers. I called about having a smaller tank placed and the girl said they didn't have any available and to switch to a different company. I've been telling them for several years that we use less propane since our switch to a heat pump and they've done nothing to try to assist. Last year I called about the tank rental fee and they recalculated our usage and said the fee wouldn't apply (not that they were waiving it). This year when I called they had charged me for it and won't waive it. The gal stated that I've already had it waived, even though I never asked for it to be waived and it was not explained that way when it was done. The tank monitor they put on is ridiculous too! THEY randomly showed up one day and installed it but I'm being charged for it! I never asked for it to be installed but yet I have to pay for it.

If I could give less than one star I would. I used to talk about how great Wesco propane was but I have been getting nickeled and dimed like crazy lately. On top of that I call in an order and something seemed off so I called back the next day and they said there was no order entered. This has been my motivation to get switched over to natural gas as quickly as possible. I really recommend avoiding Wesco propane.

I have several concerns regarding the company. My tank was switched (not by my choice) from excel which I have never had any issues with. Since switching to Wesco, after being setup in automatic fill, I woke up in the middle of winter to find it about 30° when they didn't fill it and I had to call. Understandable that mistakes happen so I'm able to look past that. However, It also seems as though I went through significantly less fuel with excel. I mean a massive amount less, like two tanks in a season. Now with Wesco I blow right through 3 tanks and while I should do a better job monitoring the gauge, everytime I am made aware that it has been filled, it seems like it's always around 40 already. I'm not prepared to say there are integrity issues yet as I don't have imperical data to show that, however it is more than concerning that the difference is so significant. Maybe someone can shed some light on this. My plan is to now basically turn off the furnace and use electric heat. I simply can't afford going through so much propane and at least the electric bills are more understandable and seemingly less prone to discrepancies.

BEWARE Stay away from Wesco. The customer service, from every level, CFO to Customer Service Manager is below substandard. They have unethical business practices which they seem to be "proud' of. Following a call I had with the Muskegon, Michigan CFO, I completely understand the unprofessionalism of the customer service staff.

I used to really like Wesco propane and sing their praises but they can go get bent. Every year I fill up in June to miss the tank rental fee but this year I had a death in the family and forgot to order a fill up in June. I called to try to see if I could take care of it in the first week of July and was told they waived the fee last year and could only do it once. Last year I was completely full and was short 20 gallons or less from the required 500 gallons a year and asked if I could buy the gallons I needed and donate to someone else since it would be cheaper than the rental fee. They said don't worry about it you are close enough... I never asked for the fee to be waived, just the opportunity to buy and donate the propane. Guess I'll shop around - really disappointed with Wesco...

Never used Wesco, but had them come get a tank from previous owners at our house. I call and the lady didn’t even state if it was there tank she just said ok I’ll give the information to the scheduling guys. A week later (NO CALL) they show up at my house and the guy opens my door and is staring in my house. He was quite rude wondering why they put the wesco tank in the back and not beside the new tank (which would’ve been in my driveway).

We loved Wesco & thier customer service up until recently. We were on a budget plan. Unfortunately fell on some hard times and weren't able to make our monthly payment. We did not have a balance on our account owed and at one point had a large credit on the account. I had called previously to make a payment and was told we were all set. Then, got a letter we were removed from the budget and now have to pay on delivery. We were told we have to wait a year to qualify again for the budget plan. On top of that if we don't fill up 500gal by the end of the month we will be charged a $100 tank rental fee. All over a $50 payment. Lessoned learned on my part. Sad to have to go, but it's a big jump from $50 monthly payment to a $500+ payment. Especially when you're currently sitting at 10% in your tank.
