Hello my name is Jimmy and I am a parts manager for a heavy duty repair shop.I started using West Michigan International about 6 months ago and have been very impressed with their service and support.Their outside salesman Chris has been great to work with. He stops in once a month and checks on our business, he is also contacting me when there are specials on parts we may use a lot of here. Their delivery driver Brittney is always kind and helpful.Their delivery truck comes here daily also, so that is great. We have been so impressed with them that we are doing much more with them and no longer using Weiland International.
