They shut off my phone when they know I pay I'm a gold member they call me been a customer for years and because my phone was off I couldn't find a ride to take my dog to vet and she passed away I call and the lady kept speaking over while I told her that my dog was sick I need me phone and I lost my dog good looking to your gold member u love to say

This internet service is the worst ever you spend all this money to NEVER TALK TO A PERSON WHO ACTUALLY SPEAKS ENGLISH you waste hours of your time on the phone i spend 3 hours on the phone yesterday and was supposed to get a technician out today but they never put the order in like they said now im waiting dayss to get my internet fixed with no supervisor on hand to speak with me ive been with Xfinity since 2018 and at this point my money will be appreciated somewhere else id rather pay double what im paying now as long as i got good service and respectful representative’s because xfinity aint it if i could give 0stars i would they dont care about customers at all and wont be getting a dime fromMe on my social media i have shocking and disturbing conversations between me and xfinity multiple times you wont believe it

I went to the Xfinity on Harvey Street and had a great experience! Gordon from this location was very helpful, patient and worked with me to find a solution that worked best for my family.I needed to combine the 3 phone lines I have with my siblings...with wifi that was on my brothers account separately in order to continue receiving a discount for bundling. He even spoke with my disabled brother (located in Battle Creek) over the phone attentively and explained the process of switching routers in a way my brother could comprehend.Thanks again Gordon!

Comcast is the WORST at customer service!!! You cant ever get a hold of a real person and when you do you cant understand anything the person says. Also, when you are sent somewhere else you problem DOESNT get solved. I am beyond disgusted by this company and would NOT recommend it to anyone!

Sat there for an hour. Named got called just to be told I can’t upgrade because the system has been down for a few hours. Shouldn’t you tell the guy checking people in something that important? Nah. Just let people sit there and waste their time.

The store was so busy they gave my parents a phone number and sent them home instead of helping them. Called and got the automated assistant.Switching to Frontier & YouTube TV. A human answered when we called Frontier.

Subjected to a 45 minute wait despite scheduling an appointment. My actual issue was just to switch boxes but the clown working the kiosk apparently couldn't be bothered to get one. When I finally got called, the service rep acted like *I* was wasting *his* time and more or less shoved my replacement box in my face.

Absolutely awful customer service. They keep charging me and are not providing service based on someone else's past due account from the apartment I have currently moved into. I'm going to cancel and save my money. Xfinity is a joke.

I lose my internet at least 10 times a week ... and on occasion my wife has to go to her parents (she works from home) and need internet access. I am coming home from work forgoing overtime to watch a soccer game if my internet is out I will be switching providers.
