Do not rent here if you want to get your security deposit stole from you. I rented for 2 years finally got it all cleaned out and had to call several times just to tell them I was done renting the unit and asked about my deposit now I get ignored they won't return calls. Keep the 50 bucks you apparently need it more.

I wouldn’t say it’s the most air tight, rodent free place, but for the price and if you need something in the area it’s definitely worth it.
