We found BoxDrop Marquette on a Google search and we are so glad we did. I called Laurie on Saturday afternoon and she invited us to come and take a look at their show room. 30 minutes later we were there, and found a great Serta mattress that fit our requirements perfectly. It was delivered by Pat on Monday morning.The price was very good for the high-quality mattress we received. Better yet, was the shopping experience. I now understand why they had such a high rating online and I am happy to add to it. If you are in the market for a mattress, you need to check them out.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with BoxDrop Marquette. From start to finish, Laurie and Pat were a pleasure to deal with, offering flexible scheduling, helpful information, and quick delivery. Their warehouse was stocked with plenty of options at great prices, with none of the sales gimmicks or arm twisting I have experienced at the big chain mattress stores. Laurie provided a quick overview of features at each general price tier, then left us to find what worked for us (but was happy to answer any questions). I know where we'll be going when we need our next mattress!

Excellent customer service and a stress-free buying experience. At first we were hesitant to try a warehouse but Laurie communicated with us often and was flexible with appointment times. She put us at ease right away. We were also able to have all three beds delivered the next day! What a great family operation - friendly and helpful! I highly recommend Box Drop Marquette!

We recently bought a mattress and box spring set for our youngest son. We couldn’t be any happier with our experience. They were professional, helpful and they went above anything we were expecting. I highly recommend BoxDrop Marquette for your next mattress purchase! Laurie was very knowledgeable with the various options that would meet our needs. If you are looking for a new mattress, this is the place to go! Within 10 minutes of messaging them on Facebook I had an appointment made for the next day. Laurie made it a stressless and comfortable shopping experience. There was none of the usual salesperson pressure and the prices were great! We were in and out with our daughter’s new mattress within a half hour. We plan on shopping there again very soon.
