MUCH improved experience when we picked up our UTV. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable - as before - with more respect paid towards the time we spent there. We're much happier with our purchase knowing that we are valued as a customer.Smokin'Hubster is ready to talk about warranty terms and already has some additional accessories in mind. We've created a monster, LOL!

I needed a new snowmobile helmet, and this was definitely the place to go. I went by myself and was the only woman in the store. The salesman treated me with respect and showed me how to use it. The pricing was fair.My husband and I have been here before they moved and after. They have everything you would need for snowmobiling- boots, coats, pants, gloves, and a good parts department. I will definitely return.

Bought our Sxs in 2018 Recently my husband purchased 2 brand new tires, 1 tire blew out with less than 30 miles on it .. when he brought it in we were told it may or may not be covered. ??! no warranty?? He purchased a third tire while we wait to see if it would be covered. Within the next 30 miles the new Tire also blew out ??? When my husband brought that one in he was told pretty much that either tire is most likely not going to be covered... This does NOT sit well with me , thats $300 they just happily took from him needless to say as of today they lost our business, we will happily drive the extra mile for better customer service ... Marq. Power Sports BLOWS .., Don't waste your time .

Had my boat scheduled for Saturday May 14th for the spring run up. They told me I’d be able to pick my boat up Tuesday May 17th. Got there about 2:00 to pick it up to find out it was still shrink wrapped and not even touched yet. They asked the mechanic about it and all he said is he didn’t think it was a priority. Sadly this was not the first time I been lied to from there. I like my boat just wished I bought it elsewhere.

Just picked up my unrepaired 2019 Honda talon for the last time, never going back. Bought machine brand new and extended riders advantage warrantee. Machine horribly out of alignment. Destroyed a front tire in 900 miles, they wouldn't go good for it. Front differential seals leaking,, had to argue to get those changed until iron mountain powersports showed me a drawer full of them they had to send back to Honda. Few thousand miles later machine lost a ujoint cap, common problem. Took till November to get a new shaft, had it replaced and put machine in garage. Took machine out in spring and part failed again in under 400 miles. Machine is now out of factory warranty and it was over 60 days so they would not cover their repair. Claimed it on my riders advantage and now its here in November again. Not playing that game twice. Driveshaft repair incomplete, bolts in backward on front suspension, vent tube not connected, no oil in sub transmission after driveshaft was pulled out. Broken mirror, tow strap from under seat left in shop. This time machine has sat for 17 days, they said it was fixed until I told tech to take in for another ride, he confirmed 4wd not working. Went to get machine out of there, machine damaged again, missing center cap off front wheel and rear wheel heavily scraped, missing fuse cover from between the seats. In 10min I diagnosed power to front differential, electronic clutch not working. Green Bay here i come.

My wife and I visited the representatives of Marquette Power Sports last Sunday at the Superior Domes Boat, Sports and RV Show! If ANYONE is thinking about buying a new camper; go see them! All the reps were so friendly and made sure we found what we were looking for. I HUGE THANK YOU to Jim, who spent so much time with us; he was as a friend, being most concerned about what was important to us. We looked at every corner of the camper we loved, many times! Jim even made sure the battery was up and running so my wife and I could try every button and knob. Jim and I ended up on the roof so he could show me how to care for it. The reps at MPS are perfect examples of how good business is done. It was hard for us to leave that camper behind, a clear indication as we sat inside, right at home. It was great! Thank you Jim, Dave, Matt, Chris and Sarah, the owner, for taking the time to make us happy, AND for "Welcoming Us to the Marquette Power Sports Family." UPDATED : I had emergency service done on my sled when I broke down near this dealer. In this case I was originally charged for 2 hours of service work instead of one hour that it actually took. After a call with the service department and a 1 star google review I received a call from the General Manager who sorted out the details and made it right. I appreciate the willingness of the Manager to correct the wrong, but I hope in the future the situation is handled correctly the first time around. All in all I will give them a second chance if i am in the area again.

Despite the delay from the manufacturer on my spring check. The crew at Marquette kept me informed along the way and worked to keep me in the loop. Pick up day was easy, they were prepared for us, sleds were clean, indoors, and ready to go! 10/10 recommend for any Powersports you need in Northern Michigan! Thanks guys!

I bought an absolutely fantastic UTV here, however, it was one of the worst experiences I have had shopping in my life. Super dishonest from start to finish about the process and attempts to fix some of the issues along the way. Ray, one of the employees, was fantastic to deal with, however so far seems to be the only person there we would suggest working with. While I am sure their products are quality, and we have heard some good things from others, this was far from our experience and we will never shop here again. This response is written after email support about the problems, phone support from two people and ultimately no resolve except an offer for a free accessory that we turned down and will be purchasing elsewhere from (hopefully) a store we can justify shopping at.Added 10/8/2021 in response to Sarah’s response to my review. I spoke with Sarah already prior to this review and have texts between us to show it, as well as three other employees about my problems at this store. Her response to this review should not imply that she actually plans to fix this problem, as none of the employees who I have worked with prior to this have come close, Sarah included.
