This place is terribly rude, and refuses to work with the wrecking company. We were lied to and told we couldn't pick up the car on Saturday - then charged for all the days they told us we should have. Then they Charged for 38 minutes after opening for a FULL day. They also asked me to leave for politely questioning their policies and suggesting they open their lines of communication with the wrecking company. I don't understand why I would be kicked outside to wait for attempting to ask legit questions. After that, they purposely made us wait 15 minutes to drive the car outside of the lot to give to us. Any question we wanted to ask they shut down. They also came out and stood by me without a mask, within 6 feet.

The people who work here are awesome! From the first phone call, to signing papers, the ladies and owner were wonderful to work with. I had a few questions and the mechanic was quick to assist and run details over all he did! I highly recommend this place, they are friendly, welcoming and responsive service!! Thank you again

I bought a truck from them. The Staff was pleasant and helpful, There where some issues with the truck they attended to right away however we had an engine light come on and i was told it was vvt on both banks they changed these but the engine light returned while on a trip. Pulled codes from and history from a garage on our way home and and the mechanic there showed us the codes indicated more then vvt ..history also showed that it had thrown codes for the O2 and timing chain tension... none where addressed when they had the Truck for vvt change. By now the Truck was out of the 30 day warranty but i was willing to have them fix it at my cost. When i contacted them to get the truck back in they claimed they where busy and after three calls and a trip to the shop they never returned my calls to get the truck back in. Would have been nice to get some follow up

I bought a vehicle in September from Superior Auto and had a warranty with Superior Auto Parts and Repair. Within a week the engine light came on, and I called them, they proceeded to tell me they put in a new spark plug. A couple of weeks later, the same happened, and I also reported that there was a rubbing noise when I drove on the highway, and I was thinking it may need an alignment on top of the light being on. They did not get me in for two weeks. At this point, I got to the office, and about an hour later, they figured out the mechanic who was supposed to work on my car clocked out an hour and a half before I got there, and they had no one to fix my vehicle. I waited there patiently; understanding things happen sometimes. Finally, two and a half hours later, a guy came in told me no news is good news, and they reset the light. I asked about the alignment, and he goes oh no, we don't do that, which would have been nice to know when I called and made the appointment. Then a few weeks later, the light came on again, and I was told I needed all the spark plugs changed, the one they supposedly changed was never touched. After this, I was experiencing the same issues as the beginning, I called, and the lady told me, " honey, you probably just have ice build-up, and we don't make appointments for that, this is busy season." I was furious at this comment and hung up. I have been bringing my car to a different place since then and have had to have new spark plugs, new wires, and an EGR valve put in. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they do not work with you or are friendly on the phone. I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.

Bought two vehicles from here and had nothing but problems, though they offer three month warranty on their vehicles, the work is very poor. Had head gaskets done twice one the car and they failed within a month, and two transmissions in the truck, being told the last one was brand new and to only have it go after 15000 miles, when I called to have the head gaskets done again on the car(this time the warranty was up and was going to pay) I was told they would get back to me o

Eric and the crew at Superior Auto wanted to make sure I was happy walking away with my new purchase. There were a few cosmetic blemishes that Eric offered to fix at a reasonable cost built right into the price of the car. I was very impressed with the work when I picked it up. It was stunning! I am so grateful they went to the effort to do this for me, and I trust the vehicle is mechanically sound. There is a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty, and the labor on vehicles purchased at Superior Auto is discounted by $15 an hour for as long as you own it. They are genuinely interested in doing the right thing and I recommend you get your next car at Superior Auto!
