There was a small miscommunication on where my package was supposed to be delivered (not UPS's fault) and the UPS driver, Brett H., went out of his way to notify me and clarify the package's destination, delivering my package promptly. I was extremely appreciative of his help!

I just got off the phone with the local UPS branch and they were awesome! Politely listened and solved my issue. My UPS delivery person is kind and helpful! Thank you for your great service especially during the holidays!

We received an email that our pkg was delivered at 945pm. It was NOT delivered, nor was anything on our security recordings. Unable to reach anyone at UPS. Monday we will contact Costco regarding missing package.

My package was delivered with "surePost." We are staying at a campground, as tricky or frustrating as that may be for deliveries, they didn't even try. Took me 2 hours to track down where they left the package (the tracking said the package was left at "other") when the actual UPS truck delivers its on my doorstep. The owner of the property had a package delivered at the same spot as mine. Sad effort by whomever delivered at out here.

Never on time and they like to say “sorry we missed you” when they never even tried to stop I know because I was home waiting for it . will use any other delivery service whenever possible

UPS is the worst shipping company in the Marquette area. The warehouse employees sent my shipment back to the sender for no apparent reason. The drivers are unable to drive through 3 inches of slush.

Left my 3,000 dollar package out by the road on a 38 degree day.Still no answer as to why. Could have easily been stolen. Have you ever tried to file a claim on this company, its like dealing with the government.
