Purchased a new battery. Matthew and Alexander were so helpful in testing my old battery and installing a new one. They were very helpful after a stressful day and saved me a ton of money not having to go to the dealership. Thanks again guys!

If I could give zero stars, I would but one is the lowest it will go. How they treat customers at this location is just nasty, they weren’t helpful at all. (I rate them with 100% attitude) I have never had as many problems with my hometown store than any other location I’ve been too. I would rather drive a longer distance to another store than support the store in Chesterfield.

Normally good to shop there. But, item was only available on sale that day and not available in store. Guy at New Baltimore said that I could pickup the next day. When I asked if I would get the one day price, he said that was my loss. Called a second store and got it next day at sale price. That's the difference in customer service.

After calling many auto parts stores to see if they would help install a new battery for me, all said no. I recently had an accident and after I got my jeep back the battery was shot (7 yr old original battery). With kids and having a half hour commute to work, I need my car to be reliable! I called and asked if they could help me and they could. It’s raining and cold today and the nice gentleman came out tested my battery and found it had a dead cell and I indeed needed a new one. I got it and he installed it for me. Great service!

We went here to get a new battery for our car--since it had been several years, we didn't think to check on the warranty. Luckily, the associate working (Ben B.) checked in on it for us without us even asking and it turned out that we were still within the warranty period. It was definitely a pleasant surprise and to be honest, it's a little hard to find helpful workers at stores these days. We really appreciated his help with this!

I showed up on 11/4/21 at 6:01 and same as a few other online reviews say the workers were walking out of the door and just pointed to a sign they printed out and posted on the door saying they were closing at 6. Looks like this happens a lot. Their website said 9pm so I made an online order at 5. Order was completed and ready for pickup at 5:45 and if they were closing early it would've been nice if they at least would've called and said they were closing before I drove over there. This is the second time this has happened to me at an advanced auto parts (closing early despite their website or doors saying different) and plan to spend my money elsewhere. Most of the times I've been to this location the workers haven't been super helpful, knowledgeable, or in a mood that showed they were not unhappy to be there. I ultimately cancelled my online order and went to O'Riley's down the street and received MUCH better service.

I showed up at 6:04 at on 10/16 and the store clerk wouldn't let me in despite the Google hours saying the store was still open for multiple hours longer. There was some handwritten piece of paper on the door that said "new closing time: 6" though. So either they put they didn't put the correct hours on Google, or the clerk just made up his own hours. Either way, he could also see I was in a suit, so I was clearly stopping for an emergency. But, he just pointed at the sign and waved me away. No human decency at all. I definitely won't be spending a cent here in the future.

Went here to recycle some motor oil. Very convenient, please don't throw your oil out in the garbage. Any auto parts store will recycle it for free.
