I came in from New York to surprise my sister and we got a flat tire on the way to the surprise. Gordies had a long wait but when Nora at the front desk knew how far I had traveled, she worked with her team to make sure that not only were their customers taken care of but that she could get me in and out in merely one hour. Because of Nora and the team I made it just in the for the surprise and also made it there and back safely! Thank you SO much Gordies!

Appt time doesnt matter I still sat for 3 hrs when it was requested to be a brake inspection. Instead they did a full auto inspection and came back after 2 hrs. I paid $45 for the brake check and then was provided with. $950 “quote” to replace 2 sets of pads and 2 rotors along with the many items “needing attention” was tire rotation.. complete new set of tires were put on 8 weeks prior. After declining the price gouging I had to wait 45 mins for the tech to get off of lunch to pull my car out.
Their diagnostic machine also did something to my autos firmware where bluetooth no longer works.. it did on the way in

Went in for a front end alinement. No one mentioned anything about a test drive. My electric water pump needs to be turned on manually if driving more than 3 minutes. They drove my Camaro SS on the expressway over heating it badly. The ECU reduces the oil life percentage rapidly when driven extremely hot.
Now my fresh oil change shows zero percent remaining and time to change again. Thanks!

Great service here!
Another place told me I needed the engine replaced, these people fixed it without replacing the engine, which it didn't really need. So kudos to you guys!

This place is amazing. Husband truck was acting up and the struggle was real and they helped us and then they were able to let us know and help us and got the answers we needed fast and timely. The truck will be back in a few weeks to get the rest of things done that need to be done. And the way they send information over since we have to pick up the truck after hours is amazing pictures and all and great details. TJ was the guy we spoke to and he was very thorough and the owner Joe is on point with his business. Only place we trust our vehicles. So if you want a trustworthy and honest place to take your car or truck to this would be the place

First, with the not good, we messed up the scheduling slight miscommunication. They totally redeemed themselves got me in right away took care of everything that I needed to work was fantastic. Would recommend them to anybody and we’ll be back when my truck needs service again.
