Sam made my process from switching from att to boost mobile easy and simple. He also spent an extra hour just to transfer all apps and accounts over to the new phone for me and my wife.

The gentleman there got me a plan for only $25 a MONTH for UNLIMITED TALK TEXT DATA. Sam is very professional wise and respectful.

I have been a prior customer with boost mobile twice in the past And wanted to give it a third time because of my high phone bill through T-Mobile.
Sam was very helpful with helping me select phones since my Job realized on a cell phone. Sam answered a lot of my questions, help me download all the data off of my old iPhone onto my brand new iPhone (I was surprised how quick the process was) and I am quite satisfied with the phone that I bought two days ago and is running better than the other one for my job. Perhaps I’ll Consider a family plan in the near future.

Sam ripped more off big time. Over 330.20 for free phone unlimited talk and txt and Internet. ??? Couldn't explain what made up the 330.20 I cancelled big-time bad very bad so. sad I just got a call from Sam whated to know Why I posted. 1 star I would have put 0 star if I could. 330.20 WITH NO EXPLANATION???? SOME THING STINKS AND ONLY CALLED BECAUSE I TOLD WHAT HE DID.??? REALLY SAD be careful.i

I'm changing my review from 5 stars only because I went in to upgrade to a new Galaxy. I was sold on a Motorola 2023 stylus with a great camera as a cheaper option. After a month of use it was clear that a Motorola was not the phone for me. It has never ending glitches and I've failed to take a video that doesn't lag. When I returned to the store to try to get the Galaxy I originally wanted I was told I'd have to pay full price because I used my upgrade on the Motorola. Since it had been "so long" (30D) my only choices were to change my phone number and create an entirely new account or suffer until the end of October. I've been a customer for over 10 years I'm just surprised that when I am not satisfied with a product I was sold my options are to change the phone number I've had for 17 years or to wait for 8 months. *UPDATE* Today I received a call from this store saying I am eligible for an upgrade and if I'm interested I can call back or come into the store. I called back and asked how am I eligible for this when I was told I couldn't upgrade until October. I was informed that the system hadn't updated yet so I still have to wait until October. Apparently 30 days is too long for me to exchange a phone but 60 days isn't long enough for the system to update.
