Asked to give id or last four of SSN in the drive thru (at the 23 and Gratiot location only) to prove it's my account FOR A DEPOSIT. My husband was asked for his full SSN to make a deposit into my account; he went elsewhere. Wonder if ALL customers are asked to do this? Hmmmm....

Hello, I don't recommend this Comerica Bank location 50300 Gratiot Ave, New Baltimore, 48051. The staff appear to be prejudice toward African American customers. A family member requested to do a cash advance and presented their drivers license and card to the teller.The next thing I know the teller went to get a MANAGER who acted suspicious of us. The manager then advised us that the card had been declined but she failed to give anymore details. We also wasn't provided with a receipt showing a declined transaction.My family member called their card company who confirmed the money definitely was on the card and available for a cash advance.We then drove to a different Comerica Bank location on the same day, and my family member requested to do a cash advance. The cash advance was immediately granted..Please treat all of your customers the same at 50300 Gratiot Ave, New Baltimore, 48051. Don't PROFILE certain people when they come to the bank. EVERYONE has a right to fair and equal treatment when they come to a bank for assistance.I hope this review helps. Have a Wonderful Day.

Worst bank of my entire life. Pulling out my money asap. Was charged up to 150 dollars of fees for overdrafting only a few dollars. The whole reason why I overdrafted in the first place was because I was locked out of my online banking account for the 5th time this month. Waited on hold for 3 hours trying to change my online banking password. Not to mention the customer service is horrible and most of the staff members are extremly rude. I will never bank with comerica again.
