The CVS on 23 mile in chesterfield is a very good place if you’re looking for anything and I do mean anything. Every time I come into the store I’m greeted and I can always everything that I need and want so I would highly recommend The CVS on 23 mile in Chesterfield!

Worst pharmacy I've been too closed down for break and was a really rude staff I think they should fire everyone and start new the way they treat people.

Rude staff and unreliable for refills. The last 6 times I called for a refill it was either not in their system or just not ready when promised. During my last encounter the system said it was on auto-refill, asked if I needed the script earlier and gave me a pick-up date and time. When I got there, the clerk said there were no refills available. I told her the system normally will say that and ask if I want the to contact the Dr. I told her that the system said it was on auto-fill, let me fill early and gave me a ready date. The cleark basically called me a liar by saying it would not have done that and that didn't happen. I called thr pharmacy number from my cell phone in front of her so she would hear it herself and believe me. She kept her same snoody attitude, never apologized for calling me a liar and said I would have to call the Dr for a refill. I asked for the pharmacy manager, told him the issue and let him know that I was insulted by the clerks attitude and not believing me until I proved it to her. He never apologized either, just said c Uh, huh" and reiterated the same thing .

Waited in line at the pharmacy for 20 minutes and when I got to the counter I was told I had to wait again because I had a 10$ co-pay coupon (would have been 500$ without it) that need to be entered differently and it takes time. So I waited another 20 minutes until all customers in line were taken care of. Then she could take care of me. Seems my time didn’t matter and was given attitude when I wasn’t thrilled to hear that. They were understaffed and stressed I’m sure. But shouldn’t every customer be treated the same?

This location has a very loyal base of customers. The store and staff are wonderful. I was a confirmed "Walgreens girl" for 20 years.....but I am now a "CVS Convert" !! My husband and I moved out to New Baltimore Michigan two years ago and this 23 mile Rd. CVS location is FANTASTIC! I quite literally don't go anywhere else. Bill is the kind of the guy that you want to see every morning. CVS is very fortunate to have him as the "face" of this CVS location. He is so helpful and patient and truly makes you feel like a valued customer! Stephanie is STELLAR. In particular with her assistance in the photo area! She took a frustrating experience of ordering a wedding canvas online and turned it into such a wonderful moment! Now I have two FABULOUS photo canvas pieces to gift to my family. Stephanie you are TOPS! Other CVS locations and even corporate offices can look to this store as the model of great business, and customer satisfaction!

I waited on hold on the phone for about 45 mims before giving up. Turns out they take a daily hour lunch break yet the phone system doesnt tell you that and just lets you sit on hold. I have never had a CVS completely shut down for a daily hour lunch break. I'm all for associates being able to to take a break and fill their bellies, but couldn't staff take turns doing a lunch break instead of completely closing the pharmacy? Typically I try to get my scripts around that time because that's my lunch break too. I'm sure I'm not the only one. That's a really inconvenient time to stop people from picking up their scripts.

Went for a Covid test drive thru, woman was extremely rude saying that wasn’t offered at this CVS (it is). Proceeded to be extremely rude yelling and waving her hands at me, extremely unprofessional no one deserves that type of disrespect. Unacceptable

They refused to sell syringes to me. There is a law In place that requires no prescription for syringes. It's so that no matter what the syringes are used for the user is doing it safely. Or so a group of 4 young adults aren't all sharing the single syringe provided by the one guy or girl with HIV... The women at the pharmacy is endangering the youth of or local community by refusing to sell such needed equipment. She should leave her personal beliefs out of this matter and do as she's told by the law and sell the syringes 1 at a time if that's what's needed. I guess back to using the syringe I found in a garbage can. Thanks CVS!!!

If zero stars was an option they would get that. Terrible process for covid testing. Waited in line for 30 mins when we had an appointment. 1 Lane should be for testing and the other should be for pharmacy pick up. Should not advertise appointments if you cannot keep on schedule with them. Maybe spread them out further for the time slots. Also the car in front needs to pull ahead farther to allow next car in line to be helped. Having the drop box right next to the window delays the next customer getting serviced since the car in front stops at the drop box. Move the drop box further ahead.
