I ordered my husband a Father's Day. Detroit hat and it came quickly. It came with the bill being green, which was not something we could see in the pictures on the ordering site. My husband is not a green fan and wanted the hat to be exchanged. We reached out to the company via text and after many messages on a holiday weekend, one of the staff numbers was able to help me locate a vintage version of the hat that did not have a green bill. They helped me figure out the exchange with instructions sent via text message. I did the exchange as directed, and the new hat came very quickly! It was perfect, and my husband finally threw away. The old one that was falling apart and has been wearing this one! This company was very helpful and dedicated despite its being a holiday weekend and it made the process less intimidating and very easy!

Ordered 9 items total, however, Sold out of 1 key chain...originally it was the main reason I went to that website! Regardless, I'm pleased with other 8 items purchased! My cousin, Martha, is a die-hard Washington R******s fan. She will be elated with the items still using their original name!!!
