The stylist charged a lot for my daughter's haircut. Didn't do it right and blow dried for about 5 seconds. I was really disappointed but didn't want to say anything in front of my daughter. I can't believe I had to pay for a shampoo but I was like okay but then when she didn't even blow dry it all the way. It was a huge disappointment. I would have not left a tip except it would have been rude and I did for five bucks which was too much. I recommend not going here because I had the same experience with my son. I mean I wish they would make it right but they probably won't. It's a lot of money to pay just for a basic haircut. I asked for a choppy look and it looks more basic to me and then blow drying for 2 seconds. I mean come on make it look nice for a kid at least!

I give this great clips a 5 star because Sharon and Stephanie are awesome and very friendly and welcoming you can tell they enjoy what they do and care about the customers I'll definitely be coming back to this one.

Made a 9:15 checkin today. 15 minute wait. Got there at 9:30. I was the only one on the computer screen. But they took these other 2 guys before me. So much for there checkin procedure!! Never go back there again!! Bye, See You!!!

I'm a single mama and always focus on what my kids need. I finally decided to get a way overdue haircut. The lady was very nice but she cut my hair quickly and didn't make sure everything was even. The way she did my layers was terrible. I have to put them behind my ears because I'm embarrassed. After I got home I noticed several spots that were uneven. All I wanted was to do something for myself for once and feel good...but that was ruined.

I stopped by this Great Clips and was incredibly impressed by the service. The employees are incredibly efficient at getting everybody through. Despite being busy, they made sure to greet every person who came through the door. Steffanie did my haircut and I could not be more happy with the result. She was super personable and was able to get me out of there while still maintaining a great eye for detail.

Love on-line check in. Usually take which ever stylist is next up. Got a 6 wks cut that was exactly what I wanted. Will be back again. Thanks Great Clips.

I said do not touch the top. My sides and back were clipped and then immediately the top was cut in half. I get it if the skill level is a bit lower. Doing the exact opposite of what is requested is absolutely unacceptable. Never going to a Great Clips again, and not only will I not recommend but I’ll campaign against this place. I’ll be the guy talking to anyone that has hair on their head, telling them Great Clips sucks. I’m gonna spread the word to bald people also!

Horrible. I asked for a #1 on the sides and back and leave the top alone. literally said "do not touch the top". she clips the sides and back and then immediately cut the top length in half. Great Clips is the exact opposite name for this place. I recommend this place to nobody.
