I have been going here for a while and never going again. They do not honor appointments. They lost 3 customers today. I waited almost two hours and they took someone that came in way after me so I left and wasted my time. If u wanna go here don’t bother making appointments

awful service. came in with an appointment and didnt even great us. then waited 20 minutes into our appointment to actually start my nails. the nail tech was rude as well. definitely do not recommend

The people here are so rude, dismissive and unaccommodating. I called ahead and they said yes they have time. Im from out of state, here Uber dropped me at another j&j 7 mins away. Are you kidding me right now' extra 20 to find a place when the first place (this place) was rude even after I explained I'm from out of town and ubered. Wasn't even offered to wait. These idiots need custome service course in addition to English tutoring.

I go to this place all the time during lunch at work. They are fast and do a great job. Most of the time you need to get an appointment because they are busy but if they can fit you in, they will. I'm shocked at the bad reviews and after being there several times. It almost makes me wonder if it's under new ownership. The place is clean, people are friendly and they can do designs pretty good too.

I have been sitting in here for an entire hour it’s super slow like it’s Monday! Why is the wait so long. I did Better off waiting on my regular nail place to open tomorrow.
