This pharmacy is a mess. I’ve had problems the past four times I’ve tried to refill my medication. I have to call to refill and every time I call they have outdated info in their system. I tell them the updates, they say they’ll make a note of it, and then the next time I call they act like it’s the first time they’re hearing this. I’ll get the texts saying my prescription is being refilled and then call to follow up only to have them say “your insurance won’t let us refill it”. So why send the text and not follow up when you know it’s an error? I’m on anticonvulsants and currently 7 months pregnant and every single time I need a refill it’s a fight with this pharmacy and the answer changes no matter who I speak with. I’ve honestly NEVER had such a bad experience with a pharmacy. You’re better off going to CVS right down the street.

I love the staff here. They're great. The management gets negative. Appalled by the way they treat the disabled staff. Not all the management and not all the staff. But there's been some occasions. Also, minus point. With grocery prices the way they are. Hiding or removing the hand baskets around holidays. That's shameful tactic with the inflated prices as they have been. The staff though

I’ve had many problems with this pharmacy. They have told me to pick up my prescription at a certain time only to to tell me it’s out of stock when I arrived. Then telling me to pick up after 3 the following day only to tell me it wasn’t in after I arrive. This isn’t the first time, 3 strikes your out! I switched pharmacies. It seems it’s to difficult for them to pick up the phone and communicate.

Refused to fill my wife’s prescription for 900mg of a medication that only comes in 300mg tablets because it didn’t specify 3x 300, even though it is common sense. This has never been an issue at other pharmacies. The staff were rude and did not want to do their jobs. While this wasn’t immediately life threatening, it is unacceptable for a pharmacy to refuse a valid prescription.

Produce is not fresher than fresh as seen on TV, shelves not stocked very well, attitude from most employees, if it's on sale don't expect to find it anywhere in the store I know things have been hard the last 2 years, but this is a large corporate business and things can be handled a lot differently than they are.

This store sucks. Really, it does. Where does one start? 1. Groceries are overpriced. WAY overpriced...long before COVID hit. My advice? Just go to Wal-Mart or Aldi's down the road. 2. Must use Kroger card or other deceptive digital coupons schemes to get the sales price. Why make customers jump through hoops or do algebra to get the sales price? 3. The Kroger card tracks and sells your personal data and purchase history. There are serious privacy concerns here. Just more corporate creepiness. Funny that most Americans will sell their souls for a free hot dog. 4. Most staff have serious attitudes. Not sure if they are entitled by the Food Union or just mean by nature. Avoid them. 5. Kroger pharmacy screwed up my prescription. Shorted be 20 antibiotics, not once but twice! Of course, the onus was on me to drive back, sicker than a dog, and sort the matter out. The pharmacy staff made zero eye contact and could have cared less. 6. Parking lot from Hell. Dodge that rolling bascart! Massive crowds, 200 handicapped spaces, and zombie suburbanites driving like possessed demons. 7. All the grocery carts are dirty, banged-up, and out of alignment. Must wear gloves pushing these petri-dishes. 8. Nothing but problems with the self-check out. Kroger is like a thief in the night...convoluted touch screens, dirty scanners, long alcohol ID checks, and worst of all, WRONG PRICES ringing-up. Avocados that were marked at .67 cents each suddenly appear as $2 each. Butter clearly priced at 1.97 a pound rings up at $2.99. Don't dare press the Help button...you'll wait 3-5 minutes for service staff to respond while a long line of toe-tapping customers gives the evil eye for holding up the line. When service staff finally arrives, they lecture you for not having the digital coupon app to obtain the sales price....more schemes, algebra, hassles...ad nauseum. SUMMARY: A f****** trainwreck of a grocery store. But hey, in 2022 one better learn the word "demoralization". Your lucky to even have food on the shelves and "essential heroes" that show up to work. The decline of Western civilization continues...

This store has gone so far down hill. They never have shelves stocked. Carts are rarely in the store anymore, mostly just self check out now. Whoever has been in charge of managing this place should be replaced. This store should be an embarrassment to the company as a whole.

Not a cart in the store, I usually do bring one in though. Shelves bare. So disappointed lately with this particular store. Going back to meijer for a while. Maybe a manager should have stepped in. Getting carts for people to shop should not be below them. You should be making your store a better place to go to. Also, corporate should consider paying more than 11$ per hour, maybe you will retain your associates.

Stopped for gas and paid in cash. The pumps wouldn't work and then the computer went down. After 45 minutes waiting for a refund they told me to go into the store to the service desk. Of course it was closed so I had to hunt down the store manager to get my money back. The store is absolutely filthy and I will never go back

Bad experience at the deli. Person behind the counter says, I'm the only one here today and can only serve one person at a time, so take a number and wait until I call it.

Terrible customer service, they do not fill your prescriptions until you come to the counter to request them, when the doctor already sent the script in for refill. Should have a better system in place if the scripts come in too early to fill without the customer having to bring it to your attention and now it was just sitting there in the queue not being filled. My time is important too and I don't appreciate having to wait additional time when the script should have already been automatically filled or put on a waitlist to be filled.

Definitely going to switch pharmacies. Now they don't fill the prescription that your doctor's office sends in for you, unless you call or go to the counter. Isn't that the purpose of your doctor sending it in, for convenience? Older lady who works at this particular location is horrible, doesn't care about her attitude or your needs at all.

This pharmacy and pharmacy staff is amazing, friendly, and is always 1 step ahead. Switched to this pharmacy last year and it was the best decision I’ve made. Hands down beat pharmacy in new baltimore.

This pharmacy is by far the worst Kroger pharmacy my family has ever used. And we have been using Kroger pharmacies for over 15 years. The older woman that works in the pharmacy is awful. Her awful attitude, her lack of want to help customers, her inability to put the insurance im correctly (which has happened on multiple occasions, trying to charge us more than she should) etc. We have given this pharmacy chance after chance just because of gas points and convenience, but this last timeof dealing with this womans incompetence and inability to want to help is the last straw. We will no longer be using this pharmacy we will be going with the CVS up the road. It's really unfortunate.
