They were extremely unhelpful and uninformative on the phone when I called to ask questions. Seemed like they just didn't want to be bothered. I'm going somewhere else just because of that. First impressions are everything.

Took my 16 year old to have their helix pierced on each ear. Antonio was professional and thorough. He made my kiddo feel at ease and I am thankful for that. Will definitely be back for any other work needed.
