John is great! Very friendly and helpful. Got our issues taken care of quickly. We had to go back a few days later to finish up and he remembered our names and even remembered my toddler sons name and interacted with his as well!! Highly recommend seeing John with any issues have!!

I went into the store today and talked to John. He fixed what apple and metros customer care line couldn’t fix for me in 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable, super polite, very inviting and polite. I recommend to go see him if you need help. Thank you John!!!!

Literally was blessed too find someone working at this location; that instantly fixed my issue that i was having with my phone, the whole process was extremely smooth, Andre was very professional and very polite and i cant thank him enough for doing such an awesome job!!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS LOCATION. I will NEVER go anywhere else, ANDRE is the man, and helped us out more than we ever expected. I recommend the New Baltimore location a million times over. I've had bad experiences with every other place (especially the new haven location don't go there, they've ripped me and my family off, multiple times)

Went into metro PCs new Baltimore today to get put on my fiances plan and get a new phone customer service everywhere lately is very lacking but here..... Joe Hanna was absolutely amazing!!! He looked at our plan and immediately saved us money!! We got a great deal on the new plan and the phone and accessories!! He is by far the most friendly employee we've ever dealt with he was funny and friendly and so helpful. He made it an absolutely painless experience and he deserves to be recognized for excellent service!!! Thank you so much Joe Hanna for a great and easy experience today!!
