Butters is… let’s call him “selective” about who’s allowed in his personal bubble with a comb, but they treated him with such kindness and professionalism that he acted like he was checking into a spa weekend he booked himself. The groomer explained everything, handled him with real expertise, and somehow managed to keep him calm even during his dramatic “Orange Cat” meows.
When I picked him up, he looked flawless — like a tiny, handsome runway model — and he was actually relaxed. It’s rare to find a place that combines skill with this level of heart and patience.
Kitty Cuts is officially Butters‑approved, and I’m officially impressed.

He would crap in the cage. And couldn't get him out of there fast enough. When I picked him up. So if he is happy Im happy. They do a good job grooming him. He always feels softer. Smells good and gets a bandana. And they don't butcher his ears like previous staff.

Our 2 cats and 2 dogs have been seeing him for their Medical needs and nail trimming for about 2 years. Dr. Zaffer removed a fatty tumor from one of our Dobermans and we could not be happier with the results and his expertise. Dr. Zaffer's combination of a DVM, an Honors Research Master's Degree, and over 25 years of experience in both emergency medicine and general practice leaves us in Good Hands. We were able to get the cookies we also bought a chocolate bundt cake (omg) it was delicious. I also purchased a selection of other items including a loaf of sourdough bread that was still warm and a danish with homemade raspberry filling. Everything we purchased was fantastic.
I would recommend a trip keeping in mind they are closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We will be back when we are in the area again.

You can not go wrong with a set of Tammy’s BBQ Chicken Quesadillas, with a good Tammy’s Chicken Bubble Soup and a nice ice cold pop. Don’t forget Tammy’s Loaded Down Chocolate Muffin Surprise!

Very delicious cocktails and the Lobster, bisque, tacos and quesadilla were actually very good!! A big tiki bar/patio out back as well, dog friendly out there, fire tables and good vibes. Forever Faithful Pet Cremation

Losing a beloved pet is one of the hardest things a person can go through, and when it was time to say goodbye to my precious Buddy, they treated both him and me with so much kindness, compassion, and respect.
The woman I dealt with was absolutely wonderful. She was so understanding and empathetic during such a heartbreaking time. She even told me I could stay as long as I needed to say goodbye to Buddy, and that meant more to me than I can put into words. She also gave me complimentary clippings of his fur, which was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture that I will always appreciate.
When you're grieving, those little acts of kindness mean everything. You don't always remember every detail of an experience when you're going through something so traumatic, but you remember how people made you feel. I will always remember the compassion and respect they showed me and my sweet boy.
I also want to mention that they are BY FAR the most affordable pet cremation option I found. My advice to anyone facing this difficult situation is to contact Forever Faithful directly instead of automatically going through your veterinarian. You can save yourself a significant amount of money while still receiving wonderful, compassionate care.
I know running a small business isn't easy, and I truly hope more people discover this wonderful service. Our pets are family, and when we have to say goodbye, we deserve to have them handled with dignity and to be treated with compassion ourselves. Forever Faithful Pet Cremation did exactly that for me and Buddy.
