Tried to set up an appointment at this branch to take advantage of a recent promotion, $400 cash incentive for a new Business checking account, with conditions. Called, got no answer, left a voicemail... no call back until the following day. Tried going down there, and they acted like creating a business checking account was a monumental task... Despite there being several hours before their closing time, they insisted that I had to make an appointment.Worse than all of this, as I was attempting to schedule my appointment, they made National headlines for woke activism, by cancelling the bank account of a business associated with Donald Trump Jr.Due to the aforementioned, I will never do business with PNC bank again.

I have had many negative experiences with PNC bank in general, and specifically, this branch. For example, I had an unauthorized student loan payment come out of my account that put my account negative. I called my local PNC in Chesterfield for help and to ask that the overdraft fee be returned once I straightened things out with Sallie Mae. A phone call to Sallie Mae was all it took to have the payment refunded to my account. However, PNC refused to reimburse the overdraft fee. In fact, they continued to tack on overdraft fees until I owed $108 while I waited for the money to be returned (3-5 business days later). I have had a couple of other experiences similar to this one. The branch offices lack the ability to have a say in anything like this that happens. You are at the mercy of a corporate computer system that checks boxes. When you call corporate customer service, you are greeted with the same mentality. If you want to be taken advantage of, I would recommend PNC. If you don't like handing over your hard-earned money, I would not.

It's not necessarily this branch because I had good experiences there however PNC online was a mess to deal with. 2 weeks to try and set up a transfer then if ally as it appeared to go through they cancelled it then suspended my online banking. After calling in they told me I had to start a new online account because I wasn't able to transfer money from my joint account with my wife to another account outside of their bank, which would start the process over and take a minimum of 5 more days. I went to the location to cancel our joint account thinking they would have some remorse and possibly help.set it up as some sort of consession but that wasn't the case. They just gladly closed the account with offering assistance. If they don't want my business I don't want to do banking with them. End result account is closed.

I absolutely love the folks at this bank and branch. Extra mile is ALWAYS the plan of the day!
