What a breath of fresh air! GREAT work and a reasonable price.I took my 1999 Chevy Tahoe in because I wanted to see if it was worth 'saving'. I wanted a safety inspection done on the frame and suspension. Went in and talked to him about it and asked how much. He said "I don't charge to put it on the lift for a walk around". WOW...He called me a couple hours later and said "Not sure what you were expecting to hear, but this thing is solid, the frame on that thing is like a tank". He found ONE issue (Swaybar Link), and gave me a quote to replace them both...ANYWHERE else, that quote would have been 3 to 4 times as much (especially at a dealership).VERY happy with them, and they got themselves a new customer. I have some work for them! :)

Found this spot via google, saw the reviews and honestly did NOT believe the hype but decided to take the leap of faith anyway. When I tell you, Matt and his staff are phenomenal. Honest and to the point. I took my husbands car for a check up, everything was good and he was so upfront about what could wait. Took my car, same thing, what was needed versus what could wait and the prices were more than fair.I will not be going to anyone else with my and my families automobiles.

I knew my Rotors were shot and expected to pay $1000 for new ones with brakes all around. $640 out the door and a job well done. Reviews mean everything to me so I always provide feedback when I get good value!

Long time customer, first time reviewer. This is my second vehicle I have let preston automotive do repairs on. My last one needed a new radiator. Part came with warranty. About 2-3 weeks later there was a crack in the brand new radiator, Matt didnt know what it could have come from & also stated that the damage wasn’t covered in warranty, however he still honored it & replaced radiator scott free!My current vehicle has been to PA for front brakes in october & just recently got back brakes. Total came up to $316, gave him $320 & he gave me $5 back because he didnt have the 4 singles; now what business do u know to give u back more change than you’re owed?! An honest & trustworthy one that is. Repairs are always done in a timely manner, car has never set for more than a day & Matt always lets u know exactly what u need & what u dont. The only car shop I will take any of my vehicles ??Service: Brakes
