Towed us to the border and helped us out of a real jam after we had waited 6 hours for tow. The lady from dispatch was absolutely lovely. “I don't live in New Haven, but tried out this post office because I'm scared of my local post office in my hometown (VERY unfriendly staff who always yells at me). I was pleasantly surprised to find that the woman who worked there not only did not give me an attitude (first time for that) but that she was actually friendly. Definitely going to take future postal needs here.”

“I have been using the FedEx for about two years now. I’m surprised that the reviews are so low! Every time I go in there (which is pretty often for my line of work) the staff greets me and they are super friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a bad customer service experience with this location. For convenience, I did try to go to the UPS office at 21 and Gratiot but will never make that mistake again! The prints came out terrible the staff was very uneducated and customer service was awful. I’ll stick with this FedEx at Walmart! Again, not sure why the reviews are so low, I would encourage you to go back and give them a second chance because the staff there has been top notch for me.”
