I worked with Boardwalk Realtor for over 6 months 2018-2019 in trying to sell my New Baltimore home without success. I found these folks to be hugely unprofessional and borderline negligent. My Realtor disclosed my sub-bottom line directly to sellers bypassing their Realtor. She shared inspection reports after I specifically ask her not to do so. She failed to to represent me as a seller and was all for any buyer who would listen. Finally, I switched Realtors and successfully sold my home.

I have used Jodie multiple times. It is always a pleasure to work with her. I feel that she is honest and trustworthy and not afraid to do what it takes to make the best deal for me. Rhonda is fantastic to work with and knows the area extremely well. SHE SOLD OUR HOUSE IN 1 DAY!!! She has a great sense for the market and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She took all of the stress out of selling our house!!

I highly recommend Boardwalk Realtors and even more Jodie to handle any real estate needs you may have. I've met several dozen other agents/brokers through my profession and Jodie is at the top of the list. When you need to find a property or get one sold don't settle with anyone else!

Jodie helped me through a very difficult time, I had to sell my fathers house after he passed away. I met with her and immediately felt like she was family! We went for coffee to talk and she explained everything with such knowledge and professionalism. The house sold in four days!!

I really believe that Boardwalk Realtors is the best place to go for buying and selling homes in our area. Rhonda and Jodie have decades of experience between them, and you can just tell that they like helping people find their dream home. It seems like they just work a little bit harder to earn your business and trust than the "big guys"
