This place is just bad and unreliable. You never get your mail on time anymore, my mail regularly gets delivered to my neighbors and vice versa, and nobody is willing to answer the phone or help in any way. I always wanted to support my local mail but it seems so difficult to do that now. It makes me sad.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the 23 Mile Rd Post Office this morning (June 2, ~9:18 AM). I dropped off 40+ fragile international packages and asked for a cart to safely transfer them. Christine, the clerk, rudely told me to “just put them on the counter.” I did—carefully. She then shoved my boxes against the wall to make space. When I asked her to please handle them with care, her response?
“That’s nothing compared to what they’ll go through in the back.”
Really? I’ve shipped 50–100 fragile packages a month for over a decade. That kind of careless, smug attitude is not only unprofessional—it’s disrespectful. An official complaint has been filed. USPS employees like Christine are paid in part through federal support—our tax dollars. The least we deserve is common courtesy.

People give these people that work at this post office a break they are doing their best they're very kind they're very considerate and when you go into the post office human beings need to be more considerate to what they go through every day you go behind the counter for an hour and see what happens you won't be able to handle it so get off their backs they're all fantastic there a solid 10

Zero would be more appropriate. Only customer in line and approach the desk to be told your going to have to wait 5 minutes. What could this woman be thinking? Break time no wonder UPS is in the crosshairs of DOGE 1.8 Billion dollar operating loss because the employees do not care about their job. Pathetic.

if i could give this place zero stars i would. I have gone 3 times now to try and get fingerprinted. After being told the first time the people were on break I called before going a second time and was told that they would be available to do it for me. But when i went in they told me i was going to have to wait 2 hours for the people to be available to do it. Now going to a different post office because this location sucks. Also the guy at the front desk was not helpful at all and looked irritated when I told I needed to get fingerprinted.

Would not allow me to pick up a package mailed to me that needed to be signed for. It was addressed to me with my name on it and they refused to allow me to pick up the package when I had valid ID as well.

Not happy with the forwarding. My mail is going to an apartment I no longer live at even though a request for forwarding was filled out a month prior to moving and it has since been almost two full months.

This is the 3rd package with items messed up, lost or broken. 3 metal signs not only bent, but punctured. Made reports but don't believe anything will happen. First time in my life that I have had a problem with usps but it is enough to make me wish nothing came through them anymore. Sad.

Incompetent post office. I took my son to get his passport in March, which is not cheap. They lost his birth certificate, my payment and all the paperwork with his personal information. I'm so sick by this!

Been trying all day different hours of the day to call my local New Baltimore post office regarding an issue am having but they haven't answered the phone to help assit me with my concerns I've been dealing with my mail. ITried all day with the local number with my local office that was provided on website for New Baltimore. No sucess with my local POST OFFICE. It Would be appropriated if they would just answer the phone.
