We bought a used boat and took it to dockside to have some routine maintenance done. We were told he was 2 weeks out but we could bring it in and might have time in between other jobs to start early. He didn't have the time. That's no problem. 4 weeks later we call to see what the status was as we were told that it was only a couple day job. He said he was just pulling the boat in to start on it but it will be done by the weekend. Called again. Still not done. Now we are at 6 weeks and everything is still not complete. We were given several days of it should just be another day or 2. Now we are picking up our boat uncompleted and unhappy. He might do good work but it takes forever or he just bit off more than he can chew and instead of being honest just kept telling us what he thought we wanted to hear. We won't be using dockside in the future.

Great Company !! I have worked with Jim over at Dockside for almost 6 years and he has always done right by me. Fair priced and knowledgeable.

Trying todo a expansion in republick pa brown building with decent lot on side going to need rebuilt love there new Chevy kid rock truck black and white vary good bizness move and keep vary clean ! I could say 100% and Don know how to build a saportive bisness program !.

We bought a used ski boat, with your usual gel coat dings, scrapes, discolorations. Dockside polished it up looking new, popped on a new speedometer sensor. Great work, very handy to the New Buffalo boating area.
