Four Winds Casino - 4 Stars
I recently visited Four Winds Casino with a group on a Holiday bus tour. While casinos aren’t usually my cup of tea, I had a nice experience. The casino itself is very impressive and well-kept, with a comfortable and lively atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making sure we all felt looked after. I was able to play a bit with the voucher they gave me, which was a nice touch. The food was a highlight – delicious, with great options for everyone. Overall, it was a fun experience and perfect for a group outing!

We visit the Four Winds New Buffalo location once or twice a year.
The rooms are always very clean and comfy. Service is friendly everywhere in the hotel from the front desk, to the restaurant employees, to the casino floor staff. Everyone is always helpful and very friendly!
We always have fun, enjoy some nice meals, and enjoy our little getaway.
We will definitely go back!

After visiting the four wind casino tonight, I can confidently say I will never be back. This is mostly due to the hostility and unwelcoming environment provided from the staff. Specifically an employee with the name tag “Kelsey” followed me around the casino upon entry. When I went to use the bathroom, she waited outside and demanded proof of identification once I exited. She was extremely rude about it, answered my questions with sarcasm, and insulted me many of times. After asking to leave to remove myself from the situation, she blocked me in and would not give in unless I complied with her rudeness. I did have a manager come over who kind of addressed the unpleasant conduct, but overall most staff were also cold, staring, and unhelpful. These feelings might just be amplified by how rude and degrading their custodian was. I visited 10/22/24 at around 10:16 pm if there are multiple Kelsey’s

This is the best casino in Michigan. It’s not overcrowded like the Detroit casinos, it’s got a healthy variety of games, food and entertainment, and the staff is always friendly.

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful casino. One of the nicest I've seen. Also love that its smoke free.That's where the positivity ends. This place has the tightest slots I've ever encountered. We've been there several times and nobody has ever walked out of there a winner. We will never go back. Also what kind of casino buffet is closed on a Sunday? We were there to celebrate a family members birthday planning on going to the buffet and it was closed. I suppose that's our own fault for not checking but ever other casino buffet is open on Sundays. It's a shame that the slots pay so poorly. I'd gladly make the longer drive out there if I won at least once.
