I was disappointed with this place. My husband wanted to try it out with our family and so I agreed. It might be a great place to grab drinks with your friends, but this is not a place for a good meal. It was subpar bar food (you can get anywhere else) and it was so overpriced! $15 dollars for 4 medium sized pretzel sticks? Seriously? When they came to the table, I was stewing inside. Even my husband agreed and humbly said he made a mistake. Again, good for music, grabbing appetizers and beers with your buddies - but not ideal for a family meal.Service was great - we did have a wonderful waitress.

Food is great, service also fantastic. Had one of their house beers the Abbey Someone, along with their famous onions and dip ?. Had the smashburger which was so good. My husband had the Bloody Mary special with fish and chips which is said was very good. Nice open space, music is not too loud. In summer this will be a nice place to dine al fresco overlooking the marsh.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu - family placeWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible which is a plus for our daughter!

Also had a glass of the Misty Cove Sauvignon Blanc which was also most excellent!! Service was also wonderful! All around great experience.

Wow what an amazing experience. They have phenomenal drinks, highly recommend the Michigan cherry mule. Frozen, flavorful and fun. Then you get to the witches brew and it changes colors if you mix it with your elongated straw. They were able to accommodate our party of 9 without batting an eye and the service was stellar.Definitely worth visiting it

Enjoyed the ambiance at this spot with nice beers and stunning views from the patio. However, the persistent presence of bees made it challenging to fully relish the outdoor experience. Some staff members could improve on friendliness, but kudos to the majority who provided excellent service. Overall, a good place with potential for an even better experience.

This was a fun stop in New Buffalo for a late lunch on a fall Saturday. The place was massive, so we didn't have to wait for a table. However, because it was so large, it felt almost cavernous. The food was pretty good, and large portions. We each ordered a beer and a sandwich and left quite satisfied. The names of some of the sandwiches were really fun. I'd go back if I was in town, though it didn't feel all that distinct from many other local breweries with restaurants that have popped up across the country, so I likely wouldn't seek it out specifically and travel to visit.

Had a nice visit with my wife and friends on a cool, damp Friday afternoon. Mostly a visit to quaff a few beers and munch on some appetizers. It was a great way to spend a couple of hours. The main dining area is a big, open, high ceiling area but even though it was fairly crowded, it was not too loud so we were able to shoot the breeze with no problem. Appetizers were all yummy. The pretzel sticks were nice and warm with a little bite on the outside and soft on the inside. Dipping in the three cheese sauce was an excellent bite. The fried pickle spears had a great outside crunch and the spicy sauce/aioli made a nice counterpoint to the tart dill. And the spinach-artichoke dip was spot on - thick and cheesy/creamy. We tried a number of the beers on tap. The wheat ale was golden and refreshing. The Marzen had a great amber color with a nice, malty base and was full bodied. That was also the case with the even darker brown ale that also had a touch of honey in it. Our group would recommend all of them.

You have a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The view is to the north, looking across the railroad tracks and marsh area. The indoors can be quite loud when it is busy. We tried a couple appetizers, drinks, and entrees. The food and service was good.

Great barbecue here. In addition the view out of the window is wonderful. Plus you got a giant parking lot which makes it super easy to park. They also have a emergency service discount. I really don’t have anything negative to say about the place except sometimes the staff can be a little slow to get to you. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for good barbecueParking: Giant and very easy to use. No problems every with it

During our recent trip around Lake Michigan, we had the pleasure of making a pit stop at Ghost Isle Brewery in New Buffalo, MI. This brewery exceeded our expectations with its fantastic snacks and impressive beer offerings. We decided to grab a quick snack, and the pretzel bites with cheese sauce were a hit. The pretzel bites were soft, warm, and perfectly salted, while the cheese sauce added a creamy, flavorful dimension to each bite. Now, let's talk about the beer. Ghost Isle Brewery didn't disappoint in this department either. We sampled a couple of their brews, and they were both outstanding. The brewery offers a diverse range of beer styles, so whether you prefer hoppy IPAs, rich stouts, or something in between, there's something here for every palate. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations. In summary, Ghost Isle Brewery in New Buffalo, MI, is a must-visit for its delectable snacks and impressive beer selection. If you're a fan of great brews and tasty bites, this brewery is definitely worth a stop during your travels. We'll be sure to make a return visit next time we're in the area.

This was our first time here, and it was okay. The service was good, she was attentive and made sure everything was filled and good at all times. I had the michigan cherry frozen moscow mule and it was delicious. We also got the frozen mudslide and banana colada, also very good. My boyfriend got a beer flight and liked the selection on tap. For food, he got the lake perch sandwich and was flavorful but needed more sauce. We agreed that the fries were nice and crispy. I just got a cheeseburger, medium well, but the char taste was definitely there. Their food was just okay. They have a nice outdoor dining area and inside was clean and is an open concept. The music was good and not too loud. If we come back, it will be for the drinks! Lots of parking and bathrooms were clean.
