The staff is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating, making it a convenient and reliable option for residents. Although prices may be higher than larger stores, the store's excellent service and wide selection make it a valuable asset to the New Buffalo area.
I always find what I need and staff is helpful if I cannot find what I am looking for. It's nice to have a hardware store that's 10 minutes away vs having to drive to St. Joe's or Michigan City.
