Probably one of the best USPS offices in the area. Smaller venue, personnel has always been professional and diligent.

Growing up going to Chicago Post Offices has made me dread going to any post office but New Buffalo post office has made going to the post office a pleasant experience. The employees are professional and friendly and don't roll their eyes when you ask for help or information. Thanks for making my post office experience a good one.😀

Called over 3 hours after they closed on an off chance someone might have stayed behind to see if a package had come in for me. They let me come in and pick it up!
