Well kept. I like the fact that each fairway is separate from the others by woods. You always only golf with your group and others can't cross into your fairway or visa versa. Tight fairways, very challenging. Nice bar and restaurant. Great staff.

tough course. we had a great day of weather which made the course less brutal but there are some blinds that can take you off your game .

I (we) wonder if the superintendent has even been on this course lately? It was in horrible condition, and to charge $70 to play the course is shameful.Tee boxes are not taken care of. Tufts of grass and even little tree weeds are growing out the them.Short little par 3, we couldn't even see the green because of the overgrown marsh between tee and green.Everything seemed just so overgrown. It really has a potential to be a beautiful course. Everything just needs to be cut down and cut back. It is already a challenging course, it really just doesn't need to be worse with overgrown trees, marsh, weeds, etc.Golf should be fun (and yes challenging). It was just not fun, and is now off our list of the 3 courses we usually play on our twice a year weekend trip to New Buffalo. We'll come back, if we see a sign out front that says: "Redesigned"

Nice course, though a couple dead spots on fairways. Traps don't have much sand and full of rocks/pebbles.

Always enjoy my visits to Whittaker Woods. Course has been in good shape when I've played. Staff is fantastic! Food was tasty! Will definitely be back when in the area.

Great track. Course was in good shape and the greens were fast and filled great. It’s kind of hidden but worth the stop.

We chose Whittaker Woods for our July 2023 wedding week, from scheduling various rounds of golf for our guests and bridal party to hosting our wedding reception. I can't say enough about Rik Durkin, who met our every need. He is the most accommodating, flexible, responsive, dependable, diligent, hardworking, genuinely kind human being, and made planning our destination wedding a breeze (we live in CO). He made it clear to us every single time we spoke that he was passionate about making our day everything we wanted it to be, and singlehandedly oversaw every detail. Rik is an absolute gem.Beyond the incredible service we received, the venue itself was perfectly elegant, clean and cool (even in July), and was easy to decorate because it is so filled with the abundant natural beauty that surrounds the reception hall and bar/patio area (which back up to the 18th fairway + green, next to the pond + fountain...). The grounds + course were immaculate (as per usual)! The food was mouthwatering! We chose the Italian buffet... HIGHLY recommend! Rik coordinated everything with our bakery (C'est la Vie Cakes in South Bend, IN) to seamlessly deliver and serve our dream cake.Rik also coordinated with our DJ (Jason at JR Event Group), providing specifics in advance and making arrangements seamlessly. Rik even shared his fridge space with the amazing family that handled our florals, allowing access to the venue space ahead of time so that our family could all be with us on our special day.And as though it couldn't get any better, without listing specifics, this was an unbelievable value for our money. All of Rik's pricing is more than fair + it's clear that he makes decisions with your best interest in mind - both aesthetic and budgetary!THANK YOU, RIK!!!

Favorite course I've ever played! Challenging regardless of skill lever, but not inaccessible. The dense forest makes you feel like your group are the only people on the course. Gorgeous!

I know there is limited public golf options for the NB area, but $100 a round for this quasi goat ranch is outrageous. Weeds on tee boxes, weeds on fairways, weeds on greens.

Tough for a high handicapper, but a fun course. Customer service was good. Dude in the lot before our round was nice and loaded our bags. Came back the next day looking for a Bluetooth speaker that was lost by our group and the girl in the pro shop was friendly and quickly looked in their lost and found and found it for us! We were there for a bachelor party and the starter insisted on getting a picture of our group for us which was very nice. Will be back for sure.
