My father gifted me his 2009 Griffin. This was his pride and joy besides my mother. He knew I would take very good care of it. After he passed I had a few problems with it . You can’t find a Saab mechanic anywhere but I believe it was a miracle I found 9-3 Auto. And it was close . I was so excited.
They knew the make and model of my car had all of the parts in stock and prices I couldn’t believe.
The part that struck me the most was the mechanics and the woman at the front counter. Her knowledge of the cars and parts are amazing. She didn’t have to look them up
I’m so happy with the service and the history of my car from true experts. I really appreciated the love they have for cars . Just as much as my father did.
Please check them out you will not only get great service but you’ll always trust them with your vehicle.

Experience was GREAT! Ron gave my son and I a personal tour of warehouse and all of the Saab parts. WOW! It was wonderful knowing Ron has pretty much everything to take care of these nice cars, and also the service center to put it in! Brian did a great job replacing rear torque arm while we waited! We drove 3 hrs. to see these guys and will do it again if we need more parts or service on 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero sportcombi of or when it may need it. Definitely worth the time. Morgan was very rude when I called asking about my car hung up the phone even so I came in person and seemed like she was off of something not sure what but I will not be coming back to a rude place

Morgan was extremely rude and unprofessional. The whole time she was acting all weird like she had just done coke or something and I’ve had multiple people tell me that she’s made racist remarks to people working there. I will not be returning.
