“The store was really clean and I received really excellent service from a gentleman, Dana. I honestly really love this Dollar tree. I needed home organization items and I found everything that I needed!!”
“this store has the best service i have seen in quite some time. everything is easy to find in the aisles and there so many things to look at! they have this display section that always has different themes like dolly parton, lilo and stick, halloween displays, and so sooo much more. the display table has anything ranging from cooking utensils to lighting to plushies! the amazing staff at this location are always so helpful and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. specially jacob and julia at checkout. they took so much care and time in assist me with my transaction. they showed great care and compassion in ensuring i was satisfied even though it was nearing close and i had an incredibly large order. shoutout to jacob and julia!!! every visit to this store is a great one. COME SHOP YALL!!!”
“We're all running in and out of the Stores that are Convenient to us so, they become a Blur when we know what we're looking for.. and with today's society you can't even get a Hi out of anybody, so what stood out to me was that the Employees were actually being a little talkative.. not overly, and actually looked at you in your eyes ..and for a moment it felt like Community again, people don't really talk to each other anymore”
“I come in here quite often Ariana is always working the counter. She's very pleasant and always has a smile on her face and very professional. You guys are lucky to have her as an employee”
“Closest to home and has EVERYTHING that I would need! A very friendly cashier works there, she helped me find the right swifter duster. I was able to make a receipted exchange with no problems for a previous item I had bought three weeks prior.”
“I have lived in town for a few years but never made it in to DG until I had a FedEx drop off to take care of. DG is the only FedEx services location in Richmond.
I was talking into the store with an empty water bottle to throw away, and a kind associate grabbed a trash bin so I could throw my items away. I expect that kind of service at a fancy hotel, but not a convenience store. I learned the helpful associate’s name is Leslie.
I look forward to going here again soon!”
“This is one of the best Dollar Tree locations. The selection is amazing, the staff is helpful and friendly. There's a location closer to me but the extra 3 miles further is worth it to shop at this one.”
“I would have given them 5 stars but due to the wait in line(poor girl behind the register). I had to call out for assistance because nobody was around to help?. I really feel that that there should be manager or someone else who can assist when you have a line. Otherwise, it wasn't so bad.?”
“I shop at this store daily.. The whole staff is so friendly and helpful!! I was just talking to Ava, and employee the other day and she is just so nice and professional.. always such a pleasant experience when I stop in and see Ava, and the all the people up there! They treat like u like family! And ofcourse, dollar stores are awesome! Lol”
“I live and Sterling heights and travel 22 minutes to get to this location during my drive I passed at least three Dollar trees to get here. This location is always clean and stopped for the things that I'm looking for and some of the things I wasn't. I will always shop here first”
“This Family Dollar location has great associates but behind the cash registers is always junky & cluttered. That being said the sales floor is clean and easy to shop.”

“In 8 years of living in the area, I've been here more times than I could count. Has there been issues, yes, but nothing I see out of the ordinary for a retail store. I'm not going to give them a bad rating off of one employee interaction. I guess I have been very lucky as I haven't had a bad experience here. They have good prices and some great bargins. It's also meant for convenience, so I expect to pay a bit more for some things. Overall I give them a 5 star .”
