My family and I have been seeing Dr singleton for 11 years now. We've loved her which is the only reason we've continued . Since going into the newer section it's harder than ever to get in for an appointment and impossible for same day when we need to be seen. Clearly it's now about money over patients and am currently looking for a new reliable dr.

I always described Dr. Singleton as a doctor who doesn't actually care for you, clearly in it for the money...after diagnosing me with GAD and prescribing me xanax for over 6 years, she forced me to go cold turkey. Which is so dangerous, flat out life threatening...and not even worth a response from her in my email...IF YOU TRULY WANT A DOCTOR WHO CARES FOR YOUR GENUINE WELL BEING, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!

I love the doctors here but the facility is bad it needs new flooring an a new paint job, u would think after all the covid thing they would renovate it to make it more sterile an clean,On top of that I made an appt months ago for 130pm an I got put in a rm an waited for over a half an hr. Then on top of that it wasn't busy. An they took blood from me an the Triage nurse was alittle atittude towards me stuck me with a big needle for finger test an blood work hurt it never use to hurt so don't know what's going on over there but no one was doing much of anything sitting around gossiping.about whatever. Really this clinic is not fairing well for me. Looking to find a new primary

Worst in Covid testing.1- the results came after 6 days. If you have Covid, during these 6 days either you end up in ER, or you will be completely recovered. So there is no point for the test2- getting the result through the lab app or website “questdiagnostics.com” should be faster. However I got call from clinic with the test result and the app still not showing the results.3- they don’t provide written Proof of test, and if you going to rely on the Lab website or app, then good luck.

I’m here right now my original appointment was suppose to be a month ago in which they call me two days before cancel it because the medical assistant wouldn’t be there and then schedule me an entire month out, I’m here for an 1130 appointment and there is not one person in this waiting room, I’ve been waiting for going on 30 minutes now, I’ve watch two front desk girls go to their lunch while no one talks to me or gets me back for my appointment. I was recommended to this OB and was told they were quick and nice and friendly and seems like no one really cares around here.

I'm not happy with this clinic sense covid my patient needs r not being met by my primary an I get ultimatum on being seen for script refills. An I get transferred to a manager who does not help. Patients have rights to an if a patient is still Leary of covid an office visits they should have that option of phone or video or script refills it should b allowed an not this. This clinic does not offer the option of either of these choices which I feel is wrong. There r still ppl who won't go to clinics an r very wary of them like myself an now I have to wAit 2wks to get my script cause my primary won't give me what I need to help me. Instead I get an ultimatum of be seen in 2wks or u don't get ur scripts B's I say. Not happy at all

My first visit with Sheila, I loved her! She was kind and funny, immediately putting me at ease and making me smile. And most importantly I felt like I could voice my concerns and be listened to. I’ve been brushed off in the past about a serious health concern I’ve had. She took it seriously right away and gave me the referral I needed. I instantly felt so much better knowing I was being listened to. What a great lady.

Feel blessed to have the Dr I do, the staff are always so friendly among themselves and to patients. Always feel they care. Not easy to deal with my p.t.s.d.'s that at times interfere when in forced areas unknown, small rooms left alone and otherwise. Yeah call me a baby but I am one proud man of men (others could easily not see the same way I do) . Life although is so very great to me like having my Dr. as part of my years long improvement and wellness care plans for self. Hope to keep her as long as possible as age and ailments are concerning and best left to the best.

Started seeing one of the therapist and my 2nd visit was canceled. Went in for my “third” visit, only being my 2nd since they canceled the week before and then the following week got a call saying they can’t help me with no explanation. I tried to call back and had to leave a message and never received a call back. Absolutely ridiculous. I definitely do NOT recommend this office!!!!
