Ask my primary to take over medications just until I got new insurance.they told me yes so I went to go see her.. told me I have to find a new psychiatrist b/c the old one doesn’t take my insurance but now they want to retest me.. so I told her about it she told me if I was ever in a pinch to give her a call because I shouldn’t go without my medication so she said… but now refuses to fill them and she gave me the wrong medications in the first place. I’m done! A waste of my time and now I’m out of medications.

I really didn't want to do this but I thought I would be doing a societal favor by posting this.I have been in and out of hospitals my entire life, I was born with multiple rare conditions and disorders. Missing fingers and toes and a serious metabolic disorder, etc. This place (staff and PCP) has mocked me, belittled me, laughed at me when I needed there help. I was here for about year and half begging for the doctor to just see me. I was right in front of them and they would not hear, see, or understand me.I have been reading a book called How to be a Patient: The Essential Guide to Navigating the World of Modern Medicine by Sana Goldberg, RN. She states in a list on Page 33 of What to Look For in a PCP and my PCP at this very location failed to meet any of them. I was too ill to realize it at the time plus I was referred to her by someone I was under the notion that I could trust - that I know now should have never been the case that I invested my trust in - either one of them.Goldberg goes to say that:- " They should be willing to explain their thinking to you."- "They should be curious."- "They should be willing to admit when something is outside their wheelhouse."- "They should be receptive listeners."Following each of these statements, Goldberg provides brief supplementary information.I would not give this place a 5/5 stars since I did not receive that kind of care whatsoever. I have left my PCP appointments from this place in tears.Shame on all of you...

I have gone one week without my inhaler now, I don't think they care about their patients, and still trying to get it.ive been going here for years and that's how you get treated.

This review is really more for the front desk staff. I absolutely love the doctors and nurse practitioners here, especially Michelle Schweiger. They are the only reason I keep coming. The front desk staff, however, really needs to check the attitude. I'm hitting my limit of tolerance, because it is a regular occurance. My husband, my daughter and I have all been coming here for well over a year now, and the front desk is always rude and short. They are the face of the clinic, so it really isn't a good look . I called to see if they had any available appointments today for my daughter who has a sore throat. The woman just kept saying "the walk in" over and over again. Super short and unprofessional, and the unfriendly tone is also not appreciated. Why couldn't she just say "I'm sorry, we dont have any open appointments left, but the urgent care is open"?? It takes zero effort to be kind. If you don't enjoy talking to people, you probably shouldn't have a job that involves talking to people. Clients shouldn't be an annoyance to the receptionists, and that is definitely the vibe they give off. Other than that, this clinic is fantastic.

Personalized care with focus in prevention. Convenient location just off I-94 on 26 Mile Rd. (Marine City Hwy.) Urgent Care is easily and quickly accessible. I love Dr. Cavataio. I haven't yet met Dr. Colombo. There are 3 nurse practitioners or physician assistants. Walk-ins always welcome at separate check-in desk from those with appointments.New campus houses Imaging, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, and Specialists. I heard talk of a possible coffee bar.

Dr Columbo & Nurse Practitioners Michelle, Erin & Shannon make one of the best medical teams anyone can find! There have been some serious problems with others that were addressed through their follow up survey. Dr. Columbo is very attentive to many different medical needs of patients.

I will never go back to this office. I made a regular appointment to refill medications. I called in the morning and they gave me a 5:40 appt the same day. The girl on the phone never mentioned any additional fee and never even mentioned I would have to check in at the urgent care desk because they will not be there. Imagine my surprise when I receive a bill for $50 when my copay is $25. My bill simply stated "OTHER". They don't inform you they simply charge you, an additional $25 if you're seen, for a regular sched appt, if it's after 5pm during the week. Why would I pay more than my copay for a 15 min appt for a medication refill? I have had appts after 5pm before and was never charged additional $25. Probably trying to recoop lost money due to COVID. My insurance co told me to ABSOLUTELY NOT pay this and they are looking into the issue.

I can't get my vital medication till I have another appointment. But no one answers the phone. Guess I'll just sit back and wait for my heart to explode.

Staff is courteous and professional.Their payment system is a joke. I went here on 04/01/2020. I paid with a credit card. The man who took my credit card said the payment system was acting up. He gave me a handwritten reciept. My credit card statement showed the transaction went through. I was sent a bill. I called and explained the situation. I was told they'd fix it. Two debt collection companies have contacted me since then. I am sending my info to this new company. Wonder if they'll be able to fix it, because I am running out of patience.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will be switching my doctors because of how rude and careless the girls are up front. I was shocked the way Diamond and Melissa talked to me over the phone when I was just trying to see if my referral was sent in that I requested over two weeks ago with them knowing I’ve been in serious pain. I don’t recommend taking anyone here they have no clue what they are doing.

Great staff, no one had an attitude. The nurses & the same Physicians assistant that took care of me on 2 separate occasions were very kind, funny & helped lift my spirits, they were very thorough but didn't take forever & treated me/illness accordingly. They didn't dismiss my symptoms & send me to the er so they wouldn't be bothered like Chesterfield Henry Ford Urgent Care has done the last 4 times I went there for myself & children. After my 1st visit to PHN 26 Mile I now drive past 23 Mile HFUC & out of my way to 26 Mile Rd if my kids or I need to be seen because they are that good!
