Sandra was absolutely amazing!! I had a series of unfortunate events that made me a pain in the behind and she was so KIND and Considerate and helped me to make the best of a not so good situation. The uhual Rep, Bri/Bre was super amazing and kind as well. Those 2 ladies made my rental well worth it, even with my situation, by going above and beyond for me. 100/100 will recommend Wise Buys Location in New Haven for Uhual Rentals!!
And yes, the truck was clean, ready and the transactions/phone calls were handled with professionalism, integrity and with quickness for resolutions. Hands down, best experience with uhual. Thank you again Ladies!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. The guy, Norm, is rude and unprofessional. I rented a U-Haul from here and I was running late. So I tried to call to let them know I was running late. The incompenet girl behind the counter "misunderstood" what I was saying so Norm was rude and said that I was late and he was going to charge me for another day. And they sell junk here. So good luck.
