“After my wife bought a van for our family of now 5, I decided it was time to upgrade my vehicle to something more reliable that can easily tow our camper and comfortably fit 3 car seats. I came across their website in June 2025 and found a 2017 Ram 1500 crew cab which would suit our needs and was able to get pre-approved before making a trip from the Upper Peninsula. My decision to not buy a vehicle in my area was based on the higher prices of comparable and rustier vehicle. They held the truck once I confirmed I was on my way. Once I was there, the staff was friendly and very patient with me fully inspecting the truck (primary for rust, which it had none) and a couple other vehicles that would have suited my needs. I ended up buying the truck I came to see and couldn't be happier with the easy and low pressure purchase experience. I definitely would not hesitate to buy from here again.”

He has a calm way of explaining things and answering questions. Very good communication on the phone, text and email. DISCLAIMER: Read through your deal breakdown line for line Before you settle on a price. Especially if you are talking over the phone. There were dealer installed items added in the price that were not mentioned to me at all. I assumed I was getting what was on the window sticker. Not window sticker plus these extras. Had I known that I would have had them not included and my price would have been $10 less a month. Really soured the experience bit.”

“Typical, what i would expect from any small lot. All the crying from the other ppl is ridiculous, what do you expect from a 2k car with 200,000 miles. Hundres of dollars in tune ups and fluids, plus thousands in suspension or transmission repairs, lol. Do the math, car cost÷2,000$, repairs=2,300$ , there not in business to lose money, if you want a premium car, finance a 25k certified vehicle, or roll the dice on a 2k car. Now, the one I looked at, had a trans that was not shifting, they assured me it was shifting, I passed and and bought another 2k beat up beater somewhere else though.”

“My father gifted me his 2009 Griffin. This was his pride and joy besides my mother. He knew I would take very good care of it. After he passed I had a few problems with it . You can’t find a Saab mechanic anywhere but I believe it was a miracle I found 9-3 Auto. And it was close . I was so excited.
They knew the make and model of my car had all of the parts in stock and prices I couldn’t believe.
The part that struck me the most was the mechanics and the woman at the front counter. Her knowledge of the cars and parts are amazing. She didn’t have to look them up
