The guy didn't want anything to do with customer service.
Wouldn't replace my screen protector for absurd reasons.
Even though they have it advertised on the shelf they discontinued the a 14 galaxy sc and I got one from Walmart and he still insisted they don't do it.
Even when it was under warranty.

Major shoutout to Robby and Drew for helping me with my wild phone situation. They were so kind, understanding, and helpful while trying to piece together this crazy situation involving my bill and a work line, that was screwed up at the south Lyon location. I can’t thank them enough! Fantastic employees and were able to help me lower my bill, and provided me with several options moving forward regarding my situation. Drew is always super helpful with all our phone and line needs, wish we had more people like him in all the att stores that can articulate clearly what all we need to do and what deals/promos they have going on, just bought 2 s24 ultras today and couldn’t be happier with the process.
