Rude people, kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what I needed, clearly I was talking with the smartest guy in the world, so smart he could read my mind. No people skills.
I wrote this review before I read others but it seems I am not the only one that has had this experienced. They should really look into their customer service, Just fix the basics and you might actually get good reviews consistently.

Their stocking counts are terrible. Online system says one thing, you call and it’s another, then you go in and they don’t have it stocked at all. The employees were friendly and helpful, it’s unfortunate that the company itself can’t be relied upon.

Ordered two new toilets for in-home installation. We were sent two urinals instead of two toilet bowls. Our plumber could not wait for the subsequent delivery which thankful was later in the afternoon. The plumbers returned the following day for toilet install. Both toilets were to be identical with flush handle on left side. Not the case.

Called and asked if they had what I needed. 1st Guy was real cool on the phone, Said come on in we got what your looking for. Got there, asked how the guy was doing behind the desk, no response. Just looked at me. Didn't ask what he could help me with or what i was looking for. No communication.I didn't purchase anything, but nicely I said sir you have a great rest of your day. His response (nothing)Rude and unprofessional.My opinion, If you don't like people then why work behind a service desk.

Everytime I come here they are terribly impersonal and bad attitudes, like I'm an inconvenience to them. Not even a "Hi welcome to Ferguson, how may I help you". He literally said "What do you need?"One time the salesman said they had the valve I needed and I asked the price, he said I think it's like $100-125. Which is what it should be. But when I drove 35 min there it was now $199. When I asked why it was so high compared to everywhere else he said "did you see the size of this building? We gotta pay for all this lighting?" I was disgusted. I left. I went to another locally plumbing supply and got the exact same vlavle for $99 and the people were very nice and all seemed happy. Other than if my company requires me to do so I will never go to Ferguson again, nor will I reccomend anyone to go there. I don't care how big your company is, when you have people being the face of the company at the counter giving off the perception that my business is an inconvenience or is disturbing your day, you need to focus on your customer service.

Worst delivery drivers there is. Lazy and can't carry over 20 pounds. Throw pipe off their trucks have gotten cracked pipe from them multiple times. Too lazy to do their own job!!!!

First time visitor. They seem to cater to pros but they took the time to help me find the parts I needed to solve a plumbing problem as a homeowner. A much better experience than trying to find what you need at Lowes or Home Depot. They also spent quite a bit of time with me to answer general questions I had about faucets even though I only spent about 7 bucks while I was there. I will be back.

Spoke with sales person over the phone about several products. Specifically asked if they sold this one product to a home owner since some suppliers would not and he said "we sell to everyone". After a 35 minute drive there, and 15 minute wait for the manager, I was told they would not sell the product. I Was really upset until i stopped several miles a way and purchased what I wanted that was cheaper and they quickly loaded the rest of my supplies for a new home construction project into my truck. My suggestion is go to contractor pipe or Hodges.
