I have never had a bad experience with the nursing staff or doctors. They are polite and care about what is going on with you. There has been a time or 2 where the receptionist was rude and tried getting me to go to emergency room instead of having the Staff there take care of me. I go out of my way to go to this urgent care. The entire staff is amazing. They always get us in with virtually no wait. The doctors and the PA's are fantastic. Definitely recommend them!
