I requested a almond shape white chrome nail set and the first thing I noticed was the shape of the nail was extremely weird. It didn't exactly look like almond it looked clubbed and bulbous almost. However the chrome stayed on very nicely which is hard to find sometimes. At first the vibe in there was good then the nail tech made fun of me for not being talkative when I was just there to get my nails done and not talk. Overall it was a 3/5.

Have been to Hope nails 3 times. They are wonderful. Monica, Van and The young man that waited on me all have been amazing, kind, gentle and get it right. Both Monica and Van aretalented nail artists with so many choices. When I say gentle, they don’t pull on you or dig at you with their nails. They are wonderful. Will continue to go back.
