Had a difficult time with a shady and incompetent moving company holding our fully paid for household goods hostage at this facility. Carol was extremely professional and helpful in the situation to us, the owner of the contents, and the driver contracted by the company to deliver them to us. Highly recommend this very well run facility.

Great Storage unit rental experience here. (3 months here so far.) Lowest prices I’ve seen in the local area unless you were to look in more sketch areas. Safe from what I’ve seen, professional and clean. Carol is very helpful and I would recommend renting units in person rather than online so that you’re able to hear details from her about the unit and it was easy to get in and settled with my things. Thanks National Storage!

Carole is the best! She took the time to go over all the details and options with me. She personally walked me to my storage unit and explained everything to me at the beginning of my rental. Now, 5 years later, she is still friendly and helpful every time I'm late or just in a crisis with money.
