I needed some uncommon LED bulbs that most shops don't stock. I called Prolighting to verify their stock, which they were out of. They had them drop shipped from the manufacturer. They arrived very quickly with free shipping. Very good customer service, and a great price.

No returns unless you never take the product out of packaging. I needed to install a smart light switch in order to discover it would not work for my application. Return was rejected for being used. You're better off with Home Depot - they'll allow a return.
