One of the best facilities, staff and owners I have encountered in my 35 years of having horses. Truly a professional and loving barn family .

We have been to a few different barns and the culture here is so much more positive. My daughter started riding at Ringside 6 months ago and just did her first barn show. She had a lot of fun! Andrea has always been around to answer questions and explain this whole new world to us. Emma is a great trainer and we love that they have times during the day for homeschooling families. We look forward to many more years with our daughter riding at Ringside.

My daughter free leased her horse to them, initially it was going great and he was taken care of. About six months into the lease he started to drop weight randomly and they really didn't seem to care much, they still worked him hard and took him to shows. They took him off property without permission to take him to a show and leased him out as well, without discussing it with her first. So he was giving lessons and being a partial lease for a girl. The owners lied about taking him off property. We didn't find out he was taken off property until the head trainer told us about how he did at the show, she didn't know we didn't know of it or give permission.I guess I needed to be more straightforward:He did have colic surgery a few years prior to him going to your facility. After he had his colic surgery, he quickly gained his weight back on within no more than 6 weeks. And has always been an easy keeper, before and after surgery, being able to maintain his weight on a ration balancer and good hay. After we brought him home from your facility, he put all his weight back on within 4 weeks. As far as the cellulitis goes, he did have one bout of cellulitis and then chronic edema on that hind leg. He did not have chronic cellulitis. Cellulitis and stocking up are two very different things. You choose to put him on antibiotics without him seeing a vet first or without contacting us, which if you did I guarantee my daughter would have told you to not start him on an antibiotic without him seeing a vet first, which shouldn’t have been an issue for you given the fact you paid none of his vet bills. So yes, we don’t know why he lost so much weight, but I do know we can’t blame it on any “pre-existing conditions.” On the supplement end, it was clearly stated in his lease ad that the leaser was to keep him on his two supplements, something that you did not do, even when you agreed to.We did know of the shows you guys were taking him to, but this was only after my daughter came to visit him, you asked her if he could attend a show, she said yes, and you proceeded to tell her what classes he was ALREADY signed up for. So before asking us you signed him up for a show. Then when we went to see him at that show, your head trainer told us how he did at his first show you took him to- a show we never knew he even attended, a show you never asked permission to take him off property for. You then had to quickly tell us because at that point you knew you were caught you in a lie. The shows we attended to watch after that she always knew about by finding them on horseshowing.com. Interestingly, we have messages that show she did agree that you could lease him out, but after she got to meet the people who were going to lease him out. Also, he did not get almost nine months of free professional training, he spent nine months at your facility helping teach kids to ride and making money for your business. When we leased him to you, he was out of shape, not untrained. Yes, a trainer may have very occasionally rode him, but kids rode him numerous times per week and he was leased to a beginner at the same time, so saying he was in professional training is a bit of a stretch to say the least. My daughter put SO much work into him for many years before leasing him out, and she sold him for what she did because of the work she put into him, not you guys. Yes, you guys did take him to bigger shows than we ever did, but that wasn’t because he couldn’t do it before you, it was because we don’t have the funds for those types of shows. My daughter showed him in 4-H, then evented him, and showed him in unrated h/j shows, so he actually had been shown and won over fences and on the flat quite a bit before you guys leased him. And when she sold him most of the money had to go to paying for the vet bills that occurred while he was at your facility anyways. The situation could’ve been great if you were just upfront and honest about things.

We love it here. We have had nothing but amazing experiences at ringside. The people are warm and friendly. We trailer in our daughter and her horse two times a week for lessons and they always take excellent care of us. It's like coming home, they treat us and our horse like family. Always look forward to our time there. Thank you Ringside....we love you
