It's also great having the option of after-hours drop off at no extra charge, which removes the stress of managing a 1 day move with rush hour traffic on the highway. Prices were very competitive too. I wouldn't hesitate to rent a trailer here again.”
“Our experience was seamless. I booked a tow dolly through the UHaul website, and the pick up location available near me at the time of booking was Colonial Mini Storage. Nervous to book, not knowing the whole process, never having done this I called and verified everything was all set day of, she was very pleasant over the phone and reassured me everything would be okay and easy. We arrived a little early, she had us through the paperwork and hooking up to the tow dolly before it was even our scheduled time. And we were off. The tow dolly was to tow an Equinox. No hiccups, new tires on the dolly. We returned the next morning and that was also seamless. Drop off and receipt in less than 5 minutes and we were on our way! I would definitely recommend Colonial Mini Storage for the pick up location to book any UHaul!”

“Was told that this unit had electric connection. It did not! Only thing hanging on the walk next to the roll up door was a sign that a unit was handicapped accessible. Hard to read combination look due to lighting.
Unit was clean. Used provided push cart to move some of my stuff.”

“Nice people, nice place, reasonable rates, very secure and very well monitored. Units are fairly new, clean, drainage has been well set up so there's never any issues with flooding or moisture build up. 24 hour access has been a plus for us. Be nice if some of the other customers would learn how to drive and would quit running through and breaking the wooden gates !!! Overall would highly reccomend.”

I was hesitant st first since there were no physical employees to speak with, but the Kiosk allowed me to video chat with an agent and walked me through the experience, and explained all the charges clearly. Access was easily granted via the phone app and was very intuitive with no need for a walk through. Facility looked very well maintained and secure. Lock and keys provided with rental for added ease. Would recommend for the price and simplicity of the process.”
